Implementer –

Role: Implementer

Responsibilities:

- Implement and configure ERP software/products as per client requirements.
- Understand client needs and coordinate with internal teams.
- Conduct software testing, troubleshooting, and user training.
- Manage implementation timelines, documentation, and client communication.
- Provide post-implementation support and resolve issues.
- Assist clients with ERP software configuration, usage, and process implementation.

Skills & Requirements:

- Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.
- Basic technical and software knowledge.
- Ability to manage clients and multiple tasks.
- Experience with ERP software such as SAP, Tally Prime, Zoho, Odoo, or Microsoft Dynamics.




- Relevant experience in ERP implementation, software implementation, or customer support is preferred.
- Ability to understand business processes and provide suitable software solutions.
