The Software Engineering Lead will provide technical and people leadership for a software engineering team while remaining hands-on with architecture, coding, design reviews, and delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Lead a team of software engineers through the complete SDLC.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Define technical architecture and development standards.
- Review code and conduct design and architecture reviews.
- Mentor engineers and support their technical growth.
- Plan sprints, releases, and engineering deliverables.
- Identify and resolve technical blockers.
- Drive engineering quality, performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Implement CI/CD and automated testing practices.
- Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, and Design teams.




- Monitor technical debt and drive continuous improvement.
- Participate in hiring and technical interviews.

Preferred Candidate Requirements

- 7-10 years of software development experience.
- Strong programming experience in Java, Python, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar.
- Experience leading engineering teams.
- Robust knowledge of APIs, microservices, databases, and distributed systems.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Strong Git, CI/CD, testing, and Agile experience.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience mentoring engineers.
