Role & responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web/mobile applications
- Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to deliver high-quality software
- Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance
- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies
- Build and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services
- Assist in system design discussions and technical documentation
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends
Preferred candidate profile
- 0 - 2 years of experience in software development (freshers with robust fundamentals welcome)
- Strong programming skills in Java / Python / JavaScript / C++ / Node.js (pick relevant)
- Solid understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, and OOP concepts
- Basic knowledge of frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js) and/or backend frameworks (Django, Spring Boot, Express.js)
- Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases (MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL)
- Understanding of Git version control and basic CI/CD concepts
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication skills and eagerness to learn.
