nPosition Overview
nWe are looking for an accomplished Chief Sales Manager to lead and drive the organisation's sales strategy, with a strong focus on Project Sales, Institutional Business, and Specification-led Sales.
nThe ideal candidate will be a proven sales leader with 15+ years of experience in adhesives, white cement, admixtures, waterproofing, construction chemicals, building materials, or allied industries, with a strong understanding of the project ecosystem and established relationships across architects, builders, PMC firms, contractors, consultants, and key project stakeholders.
nThe role requires a commercially driven leader who can build high-value business pipelines, strengthen market presence, lead sales teams,



and deliver sustainable revenue growth.
