Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Java Microservices & Spring Boot Lead to design, develop, and lead the delivery of scalable, high-performance enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices architecture, cloud technologies, and team leadership. The individual will work closely with architects, business stakeholders, and development teams to deliver robust software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade applications using Java and Spring Boot.
- Architect and implement Microservices-based solutions following industry best practices.
- Provide technical leadership and mentor development teams.
- Design and develop RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party systems.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and product owners to define technical solutions.
- Ensure code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and adherence to coding standards.
- Drive performance tuning, troubleshooting,



and optimization activities.
- Implement security, scalability, and reliability best practices across applications.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to project planning and estimation.
- Support CI/CD implementation and DevOps practices for application deployments

Required Skills

Technical Skills

- Strong experience in Core Java (Java 8/11/17+)
- Extensive experience in Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA
- Strong expertise in Microservices Architecture
- Experience in developing and consuming REST APIs
- Hands-on experience with Hibernate/JPA
- Knowledge of Spring Security, OAuth2, JWT
- Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Event-Driven Architecture
- Proficiency in SQL databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL
- Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB
- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps
- Proficient in Git and version control systems
- Banking is prefered
