About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Development Manager to lead our Product Engineering Team for our VeriTouch solution built on Microsoft Dynamics CRM and the Power Platform. This role involves providing technical leadership, overseeing development processes, and ensuring the delivery of a scalable, high-quality product. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing enterprise-grade applications, driving innovation, and fostering a collaborative, high-performing software engineering environment.

The Software Development Manager will be responsible for managing cross-functional teams, aligning technical strategies with business goals, and ensuring the team adheres to best practices in software development. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence product architecture, mentor talented engineers,



and stay at the forefront of Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 technologies.

Qualifications

- 15+ years of proven hands-on experience with the .NET platform, C#, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and Power Platform technologies, including Model-Driven Power Apps, Power Automate, and related tools.
- At least 5+ years of managerial experience leading and developing technical teams.
- Deep understanding of enterprise application architecture, software development lifecycle, and agile methodologies.
- Expertise in designing scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions leveraging Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365, and related technologies such as Plug-ins, SSIS, Azure Data Factory (ADF), Customer Insights, Co-pilot, and Agent.
- Solid analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills with a focus on practical and innovative solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts to diverse audiences, including non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience managing large-scale enterprise projects and navigating complex stakeholder environments.

Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the Product Engineering Team, including developers, business analysts, and quality engineers, ensuring successful delivery of the VeriTouch product in line with business objectives.
- Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, including sprint planning, execution, and retrospectives, ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards.
- Provide technical guidance on system architecture, design, coding standards, and best practices to ensure scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.
- Mentor and develop team members through regular one-on-one meetings, performance evaluations,



and professional growth activities.
- Manage project backlogs, task planning, and resource allocation to meet project timelines and quality benchmarks.
- Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to develop high-level designs and technical roadmaps aligned with organizational strategies.
- Stay updated on advancements in Power Platform, Dynamics 365, and related technologies, evaluating their applicability to enhance product offerings.
- Ensure code reviews and development processes are executed effectively to maintain high standards of quality and security.
- Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and collaboration within the team and across the organization.
- Communicate technical strategies, system updates, and product roadmaps clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
