Role Overview :

We are seeking an SDET Lead to define the testing strategy, lead a team of SDETs, and ensure engineering quality across products.

Leadership and Strategy :

- Define and own the overall test automation strategy.
- Lead and mentor a team of SDETs and QA engineers.
- Drive adoption of quality metrics and continuous testing culture.

Engineering Quality :

- Establish frameworks, tools, and practices for automated and performance testing.
- Ensure CI/CD pipelines enforce quality gates.
- Track and report metrics such as test coverage, defect density, and regression rate.

Collaboration :

- Partner with engineering and product leadership to align on release quality.
- Coordinate with support and incident response teams for production issues.

Requirements :

- 5 - 8 years of SDET/QA experience.




- Strong coding skills (Java, Javascript/Typescript, Python).
- Proven record of designing automation frameworks.
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Tech Stack & Specializations :

- UAT SDET 3 : Strong UI automation person, valuable communication (preferred).
- SDET3/SDET Lead : Integrations team, strong API testing and automation.
- QA Lead : UAT Exploratory testing specialist Automation secondary.

Nice to Have :

- Experience scaling QA/SDET teams (for lead candidates).
- Exposure to fintech, ride-hailing, or consumer platforms.
