What you need :

- 8+ years of software engineering experience, with strong hands-on experience in enterprise or product environments.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience building cross-platform mobile applications using React Native and Expo.
- Solid proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript, with a solid understanding of React, Hooks, Context API, component lifecycles and modern React Native concepts.
- Strong experience with Expo SDK, Expo Router, EAS workflows and mobile state management using Redux Toolkit, Zustand or MobX.
- Strong understanding of iOS and Android development and deployment, including app performance, caching, accessibility, deep linking, app signing and app-store guidelines.
- Experience with REST/GraphQL APIs, Git/GitHub, CI/CD and mobile testing using tools such as Jest, React Native Testing Library, Maestro or Appium; strong ownership and problem-solving skills.

What you'll do :

- Build and maintain scalable,



production-ready cross-platform mobile applications using React Native and Expo.
- Design and develop reusable UI components and large-scale mobile UI systems using clean and maintainable engineering practices.
- Integrate REST/GraphQL APIs and third-party libraries, and work closely with Product, Design and Backend teams to deliver end-to-end features.
- Optimise mobile applications for performance, scalability, caching, accessibility and security, including profiling and resolving production issues.
- Build and maintain automated tests and use Agentic AI across development, documentation and testing to improve engineering productivity.
- Take ownership of technical deliverables, troubleshoot complex issues and contribute to technical decisions, engineering standards and best practices across the mobile application.
