Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Software & Website Developer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, and improving websites and software applications. The ideal candidate should have good programming skills, problem-solving abilities, and an understanding of modern web development technologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, maintain, and optimize websites and web applications.
- Design responsive and user-friendly website interfaces.
- Develop and maintain software applications according to business requirements.
- Write clean, efficient, scalable, and maintainable code.
- Work with databases and APIs for application integration.
- Identify and fix bugs, errors, and performance issues.
- Ensure websites are responsive across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Implement website security, performance, and SEO best practices.
- Integrate third-party APIs and services when required.
- Maintain and update existing websites and software systems.
- Collaborate with management, designers, and other team members to understand project requirements.
- Test applications and websites before deployment.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting when required.
- Stay updated with new technologies and development trends.





Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
- Knowledge of PHP / Python / Java / Node.js or other programming languages.
- Experience with React, Angular, Vue.js, or similar frameworks is an advantage.
- Knowledge of MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or other databases.
- Understanding of REST APIs and third-party API integration.
- Knowledge of Git/GitHub and version control.
- Understanding of responsive web design and cross-browser compatibility.
- Good debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Basic understanding of website hosting, domains, SSL, and deployment.
- Knowledge of WordPress/CMS will be an advantage.

Educational Qualification
- B.Tech / B.E. / MCA / BCA / M.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Relevant skills and practical experience may also be considered.

Preferred Qualities
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn new technologies.
- Positive analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Salary ₹25,000 - 35,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
