About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Flutter Developer to join our software development team. As a Flutter Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing cross-platform mobile applications for Android and iOS using the Flutter framework. You will work closely with UI/UX designers, product managers, and backend developers to deliver high-quality and responsive apps.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and build advanced cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to understand requirements and translate them into high-quality, scalable code.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Integrate REST APIs, third-party SDKs, and backend services.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Test and debug apps for usability, performance, and reliability.
- Participate in code reviews and team meetings.
- Continuously explore, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
- Integrate and manage Bluetooth (BLE and/or Classic) communication in Flutter apps.
- Build real-time data streaming interfaces from external devices (e.g., vehicles, wearables, sensors).
- Optimize Bluetooth connections for speed, stability, and minimal latency.
- Handle pairing,



connection state management, and device reconnection logic.

Required Skills:
- Solid experience in Bluetooth/BLE integration using packages like flutter blue, flutter reactive ble, blue or native plugins.
- Understanding of Bluetooth characteristics, services, and UUID-based communication.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1+ years of hands-on experience in Flutter development.
- Strong understanding of the Dart programming language.
- Experience with Firebase, REST APIs, and third-party integrations.
- Valuable knowledge of mobile UI/UX principles and responsive design.
- Experience deploying apps to the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with native Android or iOS development (Java, Kotlin, Swift, Objective-C).
- Understanding of state management approaches in Flutter (Bloc, Provider, Riverpod, etc.).
- Experience with CI/CD tools and practices.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹800,000.00 per year
