Soft Skills & Aptitude TrainerResponsibilities

- Conduct practical Soft Skills and Aptitude training for students.

- Teach Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and Verbal Ability.

- Conduct sessions on Communication Skills, Presentation Skills, and Interview Skills.

- Prepare students for aptitude tests, group discussions, and interviews.

- Conduct mock tests, mock interviews, and assessments.

- Guide students with resume preparation and career readiness.

- Monitor student performance and provide regular feedback.

- Create worksheets, practice questions, and assessment materials.

Experience

- 1–3 years of experience in Aptitude/Soft Skills training.

- Training or teaching experience preferred.

- Placement training experience is an added advantage.

Qualification

- Any Bachelor's or Master's degree.

- Relevant certifications are an added advantage.

Pay: ₹10,073.17 - ₹41,012.68 per month
