Software & AI Engineer Intern

Internship

Role Summary The Software & AI Engineer Intern will contribute to software systems that transform industrial data into applications, analytics, diagnostics, predictions, and actionable engineering information.

Key Responsibilities

- Build or improve frontend features and user interfaces under guidance.
- Develop backend services, APIs, and application logic for assigned modules.
- Work with PostgreSQL, time-series data, caching, and basic data pipelines as required.
- Support ingestion and processing of real-time and historical industrial data.
- Write clean, modular code and basic unit/integration tests.
- Use Git and participate in normal development, review, testing, and deployment workflows.
- Assist with Docker, CI/CD, logging, monitoring, and cloud deployment tasks where applicable.
- Build dashboards, metrics, analytics, or data-processing features for industrial applications.
- Contribute to ML/AI tasks such as anomaly detection, predictive maintenance, time-series analysis, RAG, or

LLM workflows depending on project requirements.
- Document APIs, modules, workflows, and key implementation decisions.

Preferred Knowledge

- Python and/or TypeScript/JavaScript




- React/Next.js or similar frontend fundamentals
- Node.js/NestJS or similar backend fundamentals
- SQL and database basics
- Git and software-engineering fundamentals
- Interest in Docker, cloud, ML, time-series analytics, or LLM systems is beneficial

Qualification

Students or recent graduates pursuing/completing B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, AI/ML, Data Science,

Electronics, or a related field.
