Role Description The Assistant Manager – Social Media Marketing is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing social media campaigns across platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement for MedMaster Academy’s medical education programs. Daily responsibilities include developing and implementing content calendars, coordinating with academic and marketing teams to promote fellowships and certifications, monitoring social media channels, and responding to audience interactions in a professional manner.





The role involves analyzing performance metrics, preparing reports, and recommending improvements to strengthen digital presence and lead generation.

The Assistant

Manager will also collaborate on broader digital marketing initiatives, maintain brand consistency, and stay updated on social media trends and platform best practices.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO), with hands-on experience managing campaigns across major platforms.
- Experience in Digital Marketing, including basic understanding of online advertising, analytics, and lead generation.
- Ability to develop and execute Content Strategy tailored to healthcare and education audiences.
- Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to write transparent, engaging copy and interact effectively with internal teams and external audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; a background in healthcare or education is an advantage.
- Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, YouTube, basic Google Analytics).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively on-site in Noida and adapt to a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
