Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Social Media, PR & Marketing Associate. The associate will manage and grow Amendss’s presence across social media platforms by planning and executing content calendars, crafting posts, and engaging with online communities. They will support PR initiatives, including drafting press releases, coordinating media outreach, and tracking coverage to strengthen brand visibility.

The role includes assisting with marketing campaigns, creating marketing collateral, and collaborating with designers, writers, and product teams to ensure consistent messaging. The associate will monitor analytics to evaluate campaign performance,



prepare reports, and recommend data-informed improvements. They will also contribute to brand storytelling that aligns with Amendss’s mission of supporting healthier relationships.

Qualifications

- Strong social media management skills, including content planning, platform-specific best practices, and community engagement.
- Experience with PR activities such as media outreach, press release drafting, and coordination of interviews or events.
- Foundational marketing skills, including campaign support, basic digital marketing concepts, and brand positioning.
- Ability to create clear, compelling written content for social posts, marketing materials, and PR communication.
- Comfort with analytics tools to track engagement, reach, and campaign performance, and to report key insights.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams in an in office setting.
- Interest in mental health, psychology, or relationship support, and alignment with Amendss’s mission and values.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Previous experience in a startup or fast-paced environment is an advantage.
