We’re a fast-growing, founder-led luxury accessories brand specializing in high-quality 18k gold-plated jewelry and premium handmade press-on nails. Our mission is to create beautiful, elevated everyday pieces that make women feel confident, powerful, and uniquely themselves.

Who We’re Looking For

A passionate, creative, and ambitious Social Media, PR & Growth Associate who’s excited to shape the entire digital presence of a new luxury brand.This role is perfect for college students, recent graduates, and members of the LGBTQ+ community who want real hands-on experience, meaningful responsibility, and a seat at the table. We actively welcome fresh perspectives and unconventional thinking.

What You’ll Do

- Lead content strategy, planning, and shooting for both Désse Collective and the founder’s personal brand (60% of the role)
- Manage all social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Youtube Shorts , etc.)
- Handle PR outreach, influencer collaborations, and brand partnerships
- Manage and optimize our Shopify website (product uploads, SEO, site merchandising)
- Build and execute email marketing campaigns (newsletters, abandoned cart, launches)
- Support overall brand growth and marketing initiatives

Requirements:

- Strong aesthetic sense and passion for content creation (fashion, beauty, or lifestyle)
- Experience with Instagram/TikTok (personal or brand)
- Basic knowledge of Canva + CapCut (or willingness to learn rapid)
- Self-starter with strong communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, early-stage environment
