About the Role:
We are hiring a Social Media Sales Executive who can engage with potential customers through Instagram, Facebook and other social platforms and help generate sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer DMs and inquiries.
- Start conversations with potential customers.
- Understand customer needs.
- Share relevant information about our services.
- Follow up with interested prospects.
- Handle basic objections and questions.
- Convert conversations into sales.
- Maintain daily sales and follow-up records.
Who Can Apply:
- Candidates with experience in social media sales or DM sales.
- 6+ months full-time experience OR 2 years practical freelance experience.
- Candidates with online sales, chat sales or customer conversion experience.
- Good written communication.
- Comfortable using Instagram, Facebook and similar platforms.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
