Role Description The Social Media Marketing Specialist is a full-time, in office role based in Gurugram. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing content across social media platforms to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. The specialist will manage daily posting schedules, monitor channels, respond to audience interactions, and track performance metrics.

They will collaborate with marketing and design teams to develop campaigns, optimize content for each platform, and align messaging with broader digital marketing initiatives. The role also involves staying current with social media trends,



experimenting with new formats, and providing regular reports and insights to support data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Content Creation and Marketing to develop engaging posts, visuals, and campaigns that align with brand objectives.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to craft clear messaging, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and engage effectively with online audiences.
- Experience using social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, Instagram, X, scheduling platforms) is beneficial.
