About the Role

We are looking for a Social Media Marketing Intern who is enthusiastic about digital marketing, social media, content creation, and lead generation. The intern will work closely with our marketing and sales team to build our online presence and generate qualified business leads.

Key Responsibilities

- LinkedIn Lead Generation – research prospects, identify decision-makers, build prospect lists, and support LinkedIn outreach.
- Email Marketing – create prospect databases, prepare email campaigns, send follow-ups, and track responses.
- Social Media Marketing – manage and grow company profiles on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.
- Lead Generation – identify potential customers through social media, LinkedIn, email, online research, and other digital channels.
- Content Creation – create engaging posts, captions, blogs, marketing content, and promotional material.
- Video Marketing – assist with video marketing campaigns and promotional videos.
- Video Creation & Editing – create short-form videos, reels, promotional videos, and other social media content.
- Creative Design – create social media creatives, banners, carousels, presentations, and promotional graphics using tools such as Canva or similar platforms.
- AI Tools – use AI tools to research, generate ideas, create content, improve copy, and support marketing activities.
- Maintain lead databases and regularly update prospect information.
- Monitor social media trends, competitors, hashtags, and industry developments.
- Track campaign performance and prepare basic reports.

Required Skills

- Good understanding of Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing
- Basic knowledge of LinkedIn Lead Generation
- Basic understanding of Email Marketing
- Valuable written and verbal communication skills




- Ability to create social media content and creatives
- Interest in video creation and video marketing
- Familiarity with Canva and basic video-editing tools is preferred
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini
- Good internet research and data collection skills
- Willingness to learn new marketing tools and technologies
- Creative, proactive, and target-oriented approach

Who Can Apply?

- Freshers pursuing or recently completed BBA, MBA, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, Marketing, or a related course
- Candidates with 0–1 year of experience in digital/social media marketing
- Candidates who have personal projects, college projects, social media pages, or content-creation experience are also welcome.
