We are seeking a strategic and data-driven Social Media Marketing Manager to lead our brands digital presence across all major platforms. In this full-time, in-office role based in Bhubaneswar , you will own the end-to-end social media function - from content strategy and community engagement to performance analytics and influencer partnerships. Responsibilities

- Develop and execute comprehensive, platform-specific social media strategies across LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging channels to drive brand awareness, engagement, and audience growth.

- Plan, create, and manage a consistent content calendar in collaboration with content, creative, and marketing teams, ensuring all output aligns with brand voice and campaign objectives.

- Monitor, analyse, and report on key performance metrics - including reach, engagement rate, conversions, and campaign ROI - and use data insights to continuously optimise strategies.

- Leverage social listening tools to track brand mentions, competitor activity, industry trends, and consumer sentiment, translating findings into actionable recommendations.

- Generate regular reports on sentiment analysis, share of voice, and performance benchmarks for internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

- Identify and cultivate influencer and creator partnerships that authentically amplify the brands message and extend its reach to target audiences.

- Manage and develop the social media team, providing mentorship, direction, and support to ensure high-quality output and professional growth.

- Partner with customer service and PR teams to ensure consistent, timely, and on-brand messaging across all digital touchpoints.

Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

- 4-6+ years of hands-on experience in social media management, with a demonstrable track record of growing brand presence and delivering measurable results.

- Proven experience managing or mentoring a team and handling international or multi-market clients.

- Demonstrated success in planning and executing influencer and collaborator partnerships.

- Proficiency across major social media platforms: LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.

- Strong copywriting, storytelling, and communication skills with an eye for compelling, on-brand content.

- Experience in community management, blogging, or broader content creation is highly desirable.

- Working knowledge of design and multimedia tools including Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and video editing software.

- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and the ability to build and optimise paid social campaigns.

- Proficiency with analytics and social listening platforms such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or equivalent tools.

- Ability to create custom audience segments and develop detailed buyer personas to inform targeting strategies.

- Highly organised, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously in an in-office environment.
