We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Marketing Intern to join our growing team at Keys On Rent. The intern will work closely with the marketing team to create engaging content, manage social media platforms, and help strengthen our brand presence across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and publish engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
- Assist in creating Reels, posts, stories, carousels, and short-form videos.
- Develop creative ideas and content around rental properties, real estate, lifestyle, and company updates.
- Assist in planning and maintaining the social media content calendar.
- Monitor social media trends, hashtags, competitors, and emerging content formats.
- Write engaging captions, ad copies, and social media content.
- Coordinate with the design and marketing teams for content creation.
- Track basic social media performance and suggest ways to improve engagement and reach.
- Assist with social media campaigns and paid advertising activities.
- Stay updated with Instagram and digital marketing trends.

Skills Required




- Strong interest in Social Media & Digital Marketing.
- Positive written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with an eye for trends and content.
- Basic knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools is an advantage.
- Knowledge of video editing tools such as CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro, etc. is a plus.
- Ability to create content independently and meet deadlines.
- AI tools and ChatGPT knowledge will be an added advantage.
