: Social Media Marketing Intern

We’re looking for a Social Media Marketing Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who understands social media beyond just posting — including content execution, influencer coordination, and day-to-day account management.

If you enjoy tracking trends, talking to creators, and keeping brand pages running like a well-oiled machine, this role is for you.

Job Location:

We work out of our JP Nagar office and expect the same.

Internship Details

- Duration: 3 months
- Stipend: ₹12,000 per month
- High-performing interns will be offered a full-time Social Media Marketing Executive role at ₹21,000 per month upon successful completion of the internship.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist in planning and executing social media content across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
2. Manage day-to-day account operations, including post scheduling, captions, hashtag usage, and basic quality checks.
3. Monitor and manage engagement — comments, DMs, and community interactions — ensuring timely and brand-appropriate responses.
4. Support influencer marketing efforts, including:

- Researching and shortlisting relevant creators
- Coordinating with influencers for content timelines and deliverables
- Tracking influencer posts and performance

1. Assist in content ideation and trend research for reels, carousels, and stories.

Coordinate with designers, video editors, and writers to ensure smooth content execution.
3. Track performance metrics and help prepare weekly and monthly reports.
4. Support multiple client accounts and internal brand pages simultaneously.

Qualifications:

- Robust interest in social media marketing and influencer marketing.
- Good command of English grammar and written communication.
- Basic understanding of content formats, posting schedules, and social media algorithms.
- Comfortable communicating with creators, clients, and internal teams.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Willingness to learn, take feedback, and work in a fast-paced agency environment.
