About the Role

We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and organized Social Media Marketing & Operations Executive to support our digital marketing and day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and basic digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain social media accounts such as Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging social media content.
- Assist in developing social media posts, captions, reels, stories, and promotional content.
- Conduct research on social media trends, competitors, hashtags, and relevant content ideas.
- Assist with social media campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
- Coordinate with designers, content creators, and other team members for marketing activities.
- Maintain content calendars and ensure timely posting.
- Support day-to-day marketing and operational activities.
- Maintain records, spreadsheets of sales using Microsoft Excel.
- Creating Analytical Data reports to measure performances.

Requirements





- Good knowledge of social media platforms and current trends.
- Understanding of digital marketing and content marketing.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced setting.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in social media marketing and brands management.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or other design tools.
- Familiarity with Instagram Reels, Stories, and short-form video content.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and insights.
- Interest in ecommerce, branding, and online marketing.
