RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Manage and grow YouTube channel and other social media platforms.

- Plan, upload, and optimize videos using YouTube SEO best practices.

- Create content calendars and coordinate with the creative team for video publishing.

- Monitor channel performance, audience engagement, and analytics to improve reach and views.

- Run social media campaigns to increase subscribers, watch time, and brand visibility.

- Stay updated with YouTube and other social media trends, algorithms, and digital marketing strategies.

- Prepare basic performance reports and suggest improvements based on analytics.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Diploma in Digital Marketing is preferred.

- Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing





- Experience launching or managing podcasts is highly preferred

- Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media algorithms

- Proficiency in tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, SEO tools, and scheduling platforms

- Excellent content creation and copywriting skills

- Ability to multitask and manage multiple platforms effectively

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
