Job Description
Role Description This is a full time, on-site role based in Delhi NCR for a Manager- Business Development, Institutional Relations & Empanelments. The role involves identifying and developing new institutional partnerships as well as maintaining pre-existing ones, including hospitals, corporate organizations, insurance companies, TPAs, and government or public sector entities.
The manager will oversee empanelment processes, negotiate and finalize agreements, and ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, monitoring performance of institutional tie-ups,



coordinating with clinical and administrative teams for seamless service delivery, and preparing regular reports and presentations on business development activities.
The role also includes contributing to strategic planning for growth, supporting marketing initiatives, representing the centre at relevant events, and continuously exploring opportunities to expand the instritutes network and business relationships.
