Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute Shreeji Construction’s social media strategy across

Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms

.

- Create and maintain a monthly content calendar aligned with company projects, campaigns, events, and business objectives.

- Develop engaging content including:

- Project showcases

- Construction progress updates
- Before & after content

- Reels and short-form videos

- Company announcements

- Client testimonials
- Site visits and behind-the-scenes content

- Team and employee stories
- Festival and occasion-based content

- Educational content related to construction, architecture, interiors, and real estate

- Coordinate with photographers, videographers, designers, and internal teams to collect relevant content from project sites.

- Shoot and/or coordinate high-quality photos and videos for social media.

- Write engaging captions, headlines, and social media copy while maintaining a consistent brand voice.





- Manage day-to-day posting, scheduling, comments, messages, and audience engagement.

- Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities for relevant content.

- Track social media performance and prepare regular reports covering reach, engagement, followers, leads, and content performance

.

- Use analytics and insights to continuously improve the content strategy.

- Collaborate with the management and marketing team on promotional campaigns and launches.

- Maintain a consistent and qualified visual identity across all social media platforms.

- Monitor the company’s online reputation and respond to relevant queries professionally.

- Stay updated with the latest trends in

Instagram Reels, short-form video, LinkedIn content, AI tools, social media algorithms, and digital marketing
