Role Description This full-time, on-site Social Media Manager role is based at the SigmaIT office in Lucknow.

The Social Media

Manager will plan, create, and publish content across social media platforms to strengthen brand presence and drive engagement. Daily tasks include managing social media calendars, coordinating campaigns, optimizing posts for reach and performance, and monitoring analytics to refine strategy. The role involves close collaboration with marketing and content teams, responding to audience interactions, and staying updated on platform trends and best practices.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills for managing and growing brand presence across platforms.

- Candidates should possess Content Strategy skills to plan campaigns, maintain a posting calendar, and align social media activities with marketing goals.
