About the Role

We are looking for a Creative & Energetic Content Creator who can turn our products, technologies, events and stories into engaging digital content.

The candidate will be responsible for creating content for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Reels, Shorts and other digital platforms as part of ONE Simulation's marketing and brand-building activities.

This is a hands-on content creation role. We are looking for someone who enjoys shooting, editing, designing, experimenting with new content formats and being actively involved in creating content.

Key Responsibilities

? Content Creation

- Create engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and marketing videos.
- Shoot product videos, demonstrations, customer interactions, training programs and conferences.
- Create behind-the-scenes and company culture content.
- Develop short-form videos that communicate complex healthcare technology in a simple and engaging manner.
- Assist in creating longer-form videos for YouTube and other platforms.

? Social Media Content
- Create content for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and other relevant platforms.
- Develop content ideas, hooks, captions and creative concepts.
- Stay updated with current social media trends, formats, sounds and content styles.
- Adapt content according to the requirements of different platforms.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity.





✂️ Video Editing & Design
- Edit short-form videos, Reels, Shorts and promotional videos.
- Add captions, transitions, animations, graphics, music and other visual elements.
- Create basic marketing creatives, posters, thumbnails and social media graphics.
- Repurpose existing videos and photographs into multiple content formats.

? Events, Trainings & Conferences
- Capture content during medical workshops, training programs, conferences, exhibitions and product demonstrations.
- Create real-time/social media content during events.
- Interview doctors, trainers, customers and team members when required.
- Convert events into post-event Reels, videos, photographs and social media stories.

? Brand Promotion
- Develop creative campaigns to increase ONE Simulation's brand visibility and engagement.
- Communicate the company's products, technology, innovations and achievements through storytelling.
- Support product launches, announcements, partnerships and company milestones.
- Work closely with the Sales & Marketing team to create content that supports lead generation and business development.

Skills Required

- Strong understanding of Instagram, Reels, YouTube Shorts and LinkedIn.
- Good video shooting and editing skills.
- Familiarity with tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects or similar tools.
- Good understanding of social media trends and content formats.
- Strong sense of visual aesthetics and storytelling.
- Ability to write engaging captions and short-form content.
- Basic knowledge of photography and lighting will be an advantage.




- Comfortable appearing on camera or coordinating on-camera content when required.
- Ability to work independently and execute ideas from concept → shoot → edit → publish.

Experience Criteria ?

Experience: 0–2 Years ONLY

This is an entry-level Content Creator position.

Candidates with MORE THAN 2 YEARS of professional experience SHOULD NOT APPLY.

Freshers with a strong portfolio, internship experience or demonstrated ability to create high-quality social media content are encouraged to apply.

Education

Graduate in any discipline.

A degree/diploma in Mass Communication, Journalism, Digital Marketing, Media, Design, Advertising or a related field will be an advantage but is not mandatory.
