About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Social Media Account Manager to manage client relationships and lead social media and digital communication. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in client servicing, content strategy, copywriting, and campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage client relationships, communication, and account deliverables.
- Develop social media strategies, content calendars and campaign concepts.
- Write and review copy for social media, digital campaigns, websites and emailers.
- Lead creative discussions, presentations and client feedback.
- Coordinate with designers, video editors, copywriters, and performance teams.
- Manage timelines, approvals and end-to-end campaign execution.




- Track content performance and use insights to improve strategy.
- Stay up to date on social media trends and digital formats.
- Support pitches and new business initiatives.
- Guide junior team members when required.

Requirements

- 4-10 years of experience in a digital, social media, or creative agency.
- Strong client servicing and social media account management experience.
- Excellent copywriting, storytelling and conceptual skills.
- Good understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, X, and emerging platforms.
- Strong communication, presentation and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients, priorities, and tight deadlines.
