Paul & Shini Architects is looking for a creative, strategic, and result-oriented Social Media Manager to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media strategies for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, and other relevant platforms.
- Plan and maintain a monthly social media content calendar.
- Create engaging content around architecture, interior design, construction, projects, tips, trends, and company updates.
- Write captions, post copy, hooks, titles, and CTAs optimized for reach and engagement.
- Coordinate with architects, designers, photographers, and the creative team to collect project content.
- Manage and publish Instagram Reels, Stories, carousels, posts, YouTube Shorts, and other social content.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, hashtags, and emerging content formats.
- Track social media performance and prepare regular reports on reach, engagement, followers, and content performance.
- Identify opportunities to improve organic reach, engagement, and brand visibility.
- Manage comments, messages, and community interactions professionally.




- Support social media campaigns and promotional activities for projects and the brand.

Requirements
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social platforms.
- Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
- Good understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, content strategy, hashtags, and social media trends.
- Creative mindset with an eye for design, presentation, and visual storytelling.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools is preferred.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.
- Ability to work independently as well as coordinate with a creative team.
- Experience in the architecture, interior design, construction, real estate, or lifestyle industry will be an advantage.
