Social Media Manager

We’re looking for a Social Media Manager to lead the brand’s social presence and build a strong, distinctive digital voice across platforms.

What you’ll do

- Develop and execute the overall social media strategy across Instagram and relevant digital platforms.
- Plan and manage monthly content calendars across Reels, Stories, carousels, static posts, and other formats.
- Lead content ideation and translate brand stories, products, launches, campaigns, and trends into engaging social-first content.
- Own the end-to-end social media process, from ideation and briefing to publishing and performance analysis.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice, visual language, and tone across all social touchpoints.
- Work closely with creative, design, marketing, and other teams to develop high-quality social content.
- Stay updated on social media trends, emerging formats, creators, and platform developments.
- Manage social media campaigns, launches, events,



and collaborations from a content perspective.
- Coordinate with creators and influencers for social-first content and ensure deliverables align with the brand’s direction.

What we’re looking for

- 3+ years of experience in social media management, preferably with fashion, luxury, lifestyle, beauty, or premium consumer brands.
- Solid understanding of Instagram, content formats, algorithms, and audience behaviour.
- Excellent content ideation, copywriting, and storytelling skills.
- Strong visual sense with an understanding of premium brand aesthetics.
- Ability to independently manage multiple content projects and timelines.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn social media insights into actionable content decisions.
- Familiarity with AI and emerging content creation tools is a plus.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
