Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Social Media Manager who can independently manage and grow our social media presence, especially Instagram.

The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on experience in Instagram management, content strategy, influencer/actor collaborations, content planning and social media campaigns. The candidate should be capable of planning content at least 1–2 months in advance, while also being flexible enough to use trending content and opportunities in real time.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can take complete ownership of social media activities from planning to execution and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities

- Independently manage and handle the company's Instagram account on a day-to-day basis.
- Develop and maintain a detailed monthly and 1–2 month advance content calendar.
- Plan Reels, posts, carousels, stories, campaigns and other Instagram content.
- Develop creative content ideas based on brand objectives, audience interests and current trends.
- Stay updated with Instagram trends, Reels, trending audio, hashtags and new content formats.
- Coordinate with designers, photographers,



videographers and video editors for content creation.
- Write or coordinate captions, hooks, scripts and creative copy for social media content.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns for product launches, events, festivals and special occasions.
- Identify suitable influencers, actors, creators and public personalities for collaborations.
- Handle complete influencer/actor communication, including initial outreach, follow-ups, negotiations, brief sharing and deliverables.
- Maintain good professional relationships with influencers, actors and creators for future collaborations.
- Coordinate shoots and ensure required content is received and published on time.
- Manage Instagram comments, DMs, mentions and audience engagement.
- Monitor competitors and identify new content and campaign opportunities.
- Track social media performance including reach, engagement, views, followers, shares, saves and profile visits.
- Prepare weekly/monthly social media performance reports and suggest improvements based on the results.
- Maintain a proper tracker for content calendar, influencers, collaborations, shoots and campaign deadlines.
- Ensure that upcoming campaigns and important occasions are planned well in advance.
