Role Description The Social Media Manager role at Inkline Atelier is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. In this role, the Social Media Manager will plan, create, and publish content across social media platforms to build brand presence and engage target audiences. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and executing social media strategies, managing content calendars, optimizing posts for reach and engagement, and analyzing performance metrics to refine campaigns.

Manager will collaborate closely with the creative and production teams to ensure social content aligns with ongoing projects, brand storytelling, and business goals.



The role also involves community management, responding to audience interactions, and staying current with social media trends and platform best practices.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to plan, execute, and refine platform-specific campaigns.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Writing skills to craft clear, engaging, and brand-aligned messaging for diverse audiences.
- Candidates should possess skills in Content Strategy to design cohesive, goal-driven social media plans and content calendars.
- Relevant experience with major social platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn) and basic analytics tools is beneficial.
- A background in media, events, or creative industries, along with familiarity with visual storytelling and collaboration with production teams, is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work on-site in Jaipur in a fast-paced, creative environment are required.
- A diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
