The Social Media Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing social media strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and measurable business results. This role owns the brand’s voice across platforms and is accountable for performance, not just activity.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute a data-driven social media strategy aligned with business goals
- Manage day-to-day posting, scheduling, and publishing across platforms (e.g., Instagram, X, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube)
- Create, curate, and optimize content (text, images, video, short-form)
- Write clear, on-brand captions and calls to action
- Monitor engagement, comments, and messages; respond professionally and promptly
- Track analytics and report on performance (reach, engagement, growth, conversions)
- Test content formats, posting times, and messaging to improve results
- Stay current with platform updates, trends, and algorithm changes
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams
- Manage social media calendars and deadlines
- Handle basic community management and brand reputation monitoring

Required Skills & Qualifications




- Proven experience managing social media accounts for a brand or business
- Strong understanding of major social platforms and their algorithms
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Ability to analyze metrics and turn data into actionable insights
- Experience with social media management and analytics tools
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with paid social advertising
- Basic graphic design or video editing skills
- Experience in content strategy or digital marketing
- Knowledge of SEO, influencer marketing, or brand partnerships
