Social Media Manager

We are looking for a Social Media Manager who understands content, trends, creativity, AI and client management, and can lead a team to deliver strong social media campaigns.

What You'll Do

- Build and manage social media strategies for multiple brands.
- Plan content calendars, reels, carousels, posts and campaigns.
- Strong understanding of content writing, copywriting and content creation.
- Stay updated with social media trends, formats, algorithms and recent features.
- Manage and coordinate Social Media, Content, Graphics and Ads teams.
- Review content and creatives to maintain quality and brand consistency.
- Communicate directly with clients and manage their requirements and feedback.
- Identify opportunities for upselling additional digital marketing services.
- Prepare monthly reports and present key performance insights.
- Use AI to improve research, content creation and team productivity.

Tools & Skills





Strong knowledge of

AI: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Flow, Higgsfield, ElevenLabs and other emerging AI tools.

Design: Canva is mandatory. Photoshop knowledge is a plus.

Social Media: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Meta Business Suite and social media management tools.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month

Education

- Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:
- Social media marketing: 2 years (Preferred)
