About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager/Organic Growth Manager to lead the organic social media strategy, manage the social media team and oversee influencer marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop social media strategies and content calendars.

Manage the Social Media Team.

Coordinate with the Creatives Team.

Oversee content quality.

Lead influencer marketing initiatives.

Identify and negotiate with influencers.

Manage collaborations, deliverables and influencer relationships.

Requirements:

5+ years of social media experience.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing,



Mass Communication, Advertising, Public Relations, Business Administration or a related field.

MBA in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations or a related field is an advantage.

Strong content strategy and influencer marketing experience.

Positive communication, negotiation and team-management skills.

Experience with Instagram, Facebook and Meta Business Suite.

Experience with social media scheduling, analytics, Canva and AI content tools.
