About the Role

We are looking for a Social Media Management Intern to work on live brand accounts. You will start by understanding each brand's niche and audience, then plan and create content that fits it instead of simply following trends.

You will work closely with our content and performance marketing teams and see how a post moves from research to idea, content calendar, publishing, and analysis. Video is a major part of this role, so you should be comfortable editing short-form videos such as reels and shorts.

What You Will Do

- Research a brand's niche, audience, and competitors to inform content decisions.
- Research trends and high-performing content across platforms.
- Plan weekly and monthly content calendars.
- Write hooks, captions, and content briefs.
- Design posts and carousels using Canva, Adobe, and AI tools.
- Edit short-form videos (reels, shorts, and promos) for social media, including cuts, transitions, captions, music, and pacing.
- Manage publishing, comments, DMs,



and community engagement.
- Track performance metrics and use them to plan next steps.
- Support campaigns, influencer collaborations, and content shoots.

What We Are Looking For

- Strong copywriting and communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Canva, Adobe, and AI tools.
- Video editing skills, with the ability to edit engaging reels and short videos using tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar software.
- A portfolio or sample videos that show your editing work is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Ability to understand a brand's audience and turn those insights into a content approach.
- Creative thinking, with an understanding of why content works, not just what is trending.
- Self-driven and curious, and comfortable figuring things out without waiting for instructions.
- A solid sense of ownership when handling client accounts.
