Role Description The Social Media Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Roorkee. This role involves planning and executing social media strategies for multiple brands, including managing content calendars, publishing posts, and optimizing channels for engagement and reach.

The Social Media

Manager will monitor platform analytics, track campaign performance, and adjust tactics to improve results. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with designers and writers, responding to audience comments and messages, coordinating with clients on goals and messaging,



and staying current with social media trends and best practices. The role also includes preparing regular reports and recommendations to support ongoing brand growth.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to plan and execute effective campaigns.
- Ability to develop and implement Content Strategy aligned with brand objectives and target audiences.
- Strong Writing and Communication skills for clear, engaging, and brand-consistent messaging.
- Experience with major social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube) and related analytics tools.
- Capacity to analyze performance data, generate insights, and recommend improvements.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple accounts, deadlines, and content calendars.
- Team-oriented mindset and ability to work closely with creative, marketing, and client teams.
- Previous experience in a digital agency or similar environment is an advantage.
