Role Overview

TechGropse is looking for a confident, creative and camera-friendly Social Media Intern who can support our social media and digital marketing activities. The candidate should have excellent English communication skills, be comfortable appearing on camera, and have an interest in creating reels, corporate videos and engaging social media content.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and present Instagram Reels, short-form videos and corporate videos.
- Be comfortable facing the camera and presenting content confidently.
- Participate in corporate shoots, interviews, promotional videos and social media campaigns.
- Shoot videos independently using mobile phones/cameras and ensure proper framing, lighting and audio.
- Assist in planning video concepts, scripts, hooks and content ideas.
- Support the team in creating engaging content for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and other platforms.
- Handle basic ORM (Online Reputation Management) activities, including monitoring comments, reviews, mentions and audience interactions.
- Respond to social media interactions professionally and escalate important queries/issues to the concerned team.
- Research current social media trends, reels formats, sounds, content styles and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with the marketing,



content and design teams for social media campaigns.
- Assist in maintaining a regular social media content calendar.

Required Skills
- Excellent English speaking and communication skills.
- Confident and comfortable in front of the camera.
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of ORM / Online Reputation Management.
- Understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and other social platforms.
- Basic knowledge of video shooting, framing, lighting and audio.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate recent content ideas.
- Willingness to learn video editing and social media marketing.
- Good understanding of current social media trends.

Good to Have
- Basic knowledge of CapCut, Canva, Premiere Pro or similar tools.
- Previous experience creating reels or appearing in videos.
- Knowledge of social media analytics and insights.
- Experience handling brand pages or responding to online reviews/comments.
- Basic scripting and content-writing skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
