Kaliyug Vastra is looking for a Social Media & Customer Support Intern to join our team.

We're looking for someone energetic and customer-friendly to help us in our growth

What You’ll Do

- Reply to comments and DMs on Instagram/ Whatsapp/Facebook etc
- Respond to customer queries
- Answer incoming customer calls and understand their requirements
- Resolve basic customer queries and provide product information
- Schedule video-call appointments with customers
- Conduct video calls and show/explain products to customers
- Follow up with customers who have shown interest
- Coordinate with the store/team regarding product availability, pricing, orders, etc.
- Maintain a qualified, friendly and helpful tone with every customer

Who We’re Looking For
- Good spoken and written English. Can speak Telugu and Hindi
- Confident speaking to customers over phone and video calls
- Comfortable using Instagram and WhatsApp
- Friendly,



patient and polite with customers
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Quick learner
- Comfortable appearing on video calls and showing products
- Basic knowledge of smartphones, Instagram and WhatsApp
- Previous sales/customer-service experience is a plus, but freshers can apply

Ideal Candidate Someone who enjoys talking to people, understands customer needs, responds quickly, and can confidently present products over a video call.

Location: Dilsukhnagar, Hyderabad

Job Type: Internship / Full-time

Working Hours: Monday to Sunday (Weekend Mandatory - 4 offs in a month)

Stipend/Salary: Based on experience
