We are seeking a agile and creative Social Media Manager to oversee our organization's online presence across various social media platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing social media platforms i.e. FB, Instagram and TikTok. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape our brand image. This is a full time job work from office only.

Responsibilities-

- Schedule content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
- Monitor social media channels for customer interactions, comments, and messages; respond promptly to foster community engagement.
- Analyse performance metrics to optimise content effectiveness and campaign reach.
- Manage online reputation by addressing feedback and resolving issues in a professional manner.

Qualifications-

- Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles.




- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft compelling content tailored to different audiences.
- Ability to analyse data and generate insights to inform strategy adjustments
- Organised with excellent time-management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- 1-2 years of experience in Social Media management.
