About the Role

We are looking for a creative and energetic Social Media Content Creator & Video Editor who can create engaging reels and short-form videos and also has basic knowledge of running paid social media campaigns/ads.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging Instagram Reels, short videos, stories, and social media content.
- Develop creative reel concepts based on current trends.
- Shoot and edit videos/reels using a smartphone or camera.
- Edit videos with captions, transitions, music, graphics, and effects.
- Create promotional and informative videos for the company.
- Handle the complete content process: Idea → Shooting → Editing → Posting.
- Research trending reels, sounds, formats, and content ideas.
- Manage content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and WhatsApp.
- Have basic knowledge of Meta Ads / Facebook & Instagram paid advertising.
- Assist in setting up, running, and monitoring social media ad campaigns.
- Understand basic ad metrics such as reach, impressions, engagement, clicks, and leads.
- Help optimize content and campaigns based on performance.
- Maintain a regular social media content calendar.




- Monitor social media trends and competitor content.

Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in Content Creation, Social Media, Video Editing, or Digital Marketing preferred.
- Strong understanding of Instagram Reels and short-form content.
- Valuable video shooting and editing skills.
- Knowledge of CapCut, Canva, VN, Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and running Facebook/Instagram ads.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh content ideas.
- Valuable understanding of social media trends.
- Good communication skills.
- Comfortable shooting videos and appearing on camera when required.
- Ability to work independently from concept to final video.

Salary
