Key responsibilities

Social media management

- Plan and manage a monthly content calendar for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter) and YouTube
- Create and publish posts, reels, stories and short videos
- Write engaging captions, hashtags and post copy
- Reply to comments, messages and reviews promptly
- Track trends and suggest recent content ideas
- Coordinate with designers and video editors for creatives
- Run and monitor paid social campaigns, if required
- Track performance (reach, engagement, followers, leads) and prepare monthly reports
- Monitor competitors and industry trends

Brand handling

- Maintain the brand's identity, tone of voice and visual guidelines across all platforms and marketing material
- Make sure all content matches the brand's positioning and messaging
- Build and strengthen brand awareness, visibility and online reputation
- Monitor brand mentions, reviews and feedback, and respond to or escalate negative feedback professionally
- Coordinate with the design, marketing and management teams on campaigns, promotions and brand collaborations
- Manage relationships with influencers, partners and vendors,



as required

Required qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1-3 years of experience as a Social Media Executive or in social media and brand management
- Strong written English and creative writing skills
- Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn
- Understanding of branding, brand voice and content strategy
- Basic design and video editing skills (Canva, CapCut or similar)
- Familiarity with scheduling and analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite)

Preferred qualifications

- Experience with paid ads (Meta Ads)
- Experience in influencer marketing and online reputation management
- Photography or video shooting skills
- Basic SEO and content marketing knowledge
- Support brand events, launches and offline promotions
- Suggest ideas to improve brand recall and customer engagement

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
