Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive Social Media Executive to manage day-to-day social media for a portfolio of client brands. You will plan content, write captions, coordinate with designers and editors, and keep pages active, on-brand and growing.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and prepare monthly content calendars for multiple client brands
- Write engaging captions, hooks, hashtags and post copy for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube
- Brief the design and video team on creatives and Reels, and review outputs before posting
- Schedule and publish content across platforms
- Monitor comments and DMs, and engage with the community
- Track trends, audio, memes and competitor activity to bring fresh ideas
- Prepare basic monthly performance reports (reach, engagement,



follower growth)
- Coordinate with account managers on client feedback and approvals
- Use AI tools for ideation, copywriting and research

Must-Have Skills

- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube
- Good written English; Hindi is a plus
- Creative thinking with a strong sense of trends and Reels formats
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and scheduling tools
- Working knowledge of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or similar)
- Basic Canva skills
- Organised, able to handle multiple brands and deadlines

Good to Have

- Agency experience
- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads
- Experience shooting simple Reels on mobile

Eligibility

- Freshers or candidates with 0 to 2 years of experience
- Graduates in BMS, BMM, Mass Media, Marketing or related fields preferred
