Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and trend-aware Social Media Executive who can manage social media content and engagement across multiple brands and platforms.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Reels, content planning, copywriting and social media trends, with the ability to turn brand objectives into engaging content.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and execute social media content for multiple brands.
- Develop content ideas for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and other platforms.
- Plan and create Reels, posts, carousels, stories and campaign content.
- Write engaging hooks, captions, headlines, scripts and CTAs.
- Research trending Reels formats, sounds, memes and social media trends.
- Develop content according to different brands, industries, audiences and marketing objectives.
- Prepare and maintain monthly content calendars.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors and marketing teams for content execution.
- Participate in shoot planning and on-location shoots when required.
- Maintain different brand tones, from corporate and professional to fun and conversational.
- Monitor content performance and use insights to improve future content.
- Stay updated with platform updates,



emerging trends and new content formats.
- Ensure content is delivered within timelines in a fast-paced agency environment.

Required Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in Social Media / Content Creation.
- Robust understanding of Instagram and social media platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Reels and short-form video content.
- Strong copywriting, storytelling and communication skills.
- Ability to create engaging hooks, captions and video scripts.
- Good understanding of social media trends and audience behaviour.
- Ability to manage multiple brands/projects simultaneously.
- Good research and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment.

Preferred
- Digital marketing/advertising agency experience.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing.
- Content creation experience in English, Hindi and/or Gujarati.
- Comfortable appearing on camera or coordinating with influencers/creators.
- Experience planning and executing social media campaigns.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
