Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Executive to manage and grow our social media presence across various platforms. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of social media trends, content creation, audience engagement, and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the company’s social media accounts, including Instagram, , LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging social media content.
- Develop creative ideas for posts, reels, stories, campaigns, and promotional content.
- Monitor social media trends, hashtags, and competitor activities.
- Respond to comments, messages, and customer queries professionally.
- Coordinate with the design and marketing teams for content creation.
- Track and analyze social media performance using platform insights and analytics.
- Prepare regular reports on reach, engagement, followers, and other key metrics.
- Support social media campaigns and promotional activities.
- Maintain consistency in brand voice, tone, and visual identity.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, features, and best practices.

Required Skills




- Good communication and writing skills.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
- Creativity and ability to develop engaging content ideas.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or other content creation tools.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and insights.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new trends.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a any other field.
- Candidates with relevant internship or minimum 1 year experience with strong social media knowledge can also apply.

Preferred Experience
- 1–2 years of experience in Social Media Management, Digital Marketing, or Content Creation.
- Experience in creating Instagram Reels, Stories, and short-form video content will be an advantage.
