Role Description The Social Media Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. This role involves managing and growing social media channels, including planning, creating, and publishing content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others as relevant. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating media plans, monitoring performance metrics, optimizing posts for reach and engagement, and responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.

Executive will collaborate with the marketing and design teams to align social media activities with campaign goals,



maintain a consistent brand voice, and support lead generation and brand promotion efforts. The role also requires staying updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices to recommend improvements and new initiatives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills, with experience managing brand presence across major platforms.
- Candidates should possess solid Media Planning skills, including the ability to schedule content, plan campaigns, and align social media activity with marketing objectives.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Writing skills, with the ability to create explicit, engaging, and brand-appropriate content.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with social media analytics tools and basic understanding of digital marketing concepts.
- Relevant qualifications such as a degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field are beneficial.
