ASTRO INSIGHTS is looking for a confident, professional and highly organized Client Relations & Social Media Executive to manage client communication, consultation coordination, daily operations and short-form social media content.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, strong client-handling ability, and practical experience in creating and editing Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and promotional videos.

This is a full-time, in office position based in Pune.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle client enquiries through WhatsApp, phone and email
- Manage consultation bookings, confirmations, reminders and follow-ups
- Coordinate payments and maintain accurate client records
- Update CRM and maintain daily client-management reports
- Handle day-to-day client coordination and operational activities
- Communicate professionally with Indian and international clients
- Maintain confidentiality while handling client information
- Coordinate internally with the content and operations team
- Create Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts
- Edit short-form videos and podcast clips
- Add subtitles, hooks, transitions, music and basic graphics
- Repurpose long-form YouTube videos into engaging short-form content
- Assist with basic social media coordination and posting activities

Required Skills

- Excellent spoken and written English

- Fluent spoken Hindi
- Experience: 2+years of experience in Client Relations, Customer Service, Customer Success, Front Office, Executive Assistance, Hospitality, Wellness Centres, or Social Media Management.
- Strong client relationship and customer-handling skills
- Professional phone and WhatsApp communication




- Good organizational and follow-up skills
- Basic knowledge of CRM, Google Sheets, email and WhatsApp Business
- Practical knowledge of video-editing tools such as:

- CapCut

- Canva
- VN

- Filmora

- Adobe Premiere Pro

- InShot or similar tools
- Experience creating Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts or promotional videos
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Professional, well-groomed and presentable personality

Preferred Experience 2+ years of experience in any of the following areas:

- Client Relations
- Customer Service
- Customer Success
- Front Office
- Executive Assistance
- Hospitality
- Premium Clinics / Wellness Centres
- Digital Media
- Social Media Management
- Content Operations

Candidate Requirements

- Must be currently based in Pune or willing to relocate immediately
- Must be comfortable working full-time from office
- Must be confident communicating with clients in English and Hindi
- Should be comfortable working in an astrology, spiritual-consultation and digital-media business environment
- Should have a long-term approach toward the role
- Immediate or early joiners will be preferred

Additional Advantage Candidates who can share samples of Reels, YouTube Shorts or videos personally edited by them will be preferred.
