We are now looking for a Social Media Coordinator to join our team in Patna.

About the Role We’re looking for a detail-oriented and highly organised Social Media Coordinator who can ensure the seamless execution of our day-to-day social media operations.

You’ll be the operational bridge between creative teams, content creators and account managers, ensuring that content calendars, briefs, approvals, publishing schedules and trackers stay on track.

In simple terms: you’ll make sure everything that’s planned actually gets delivered on time and on brief.

What You’ll Do ? Content Coordination & Scheduling

- Coordinate daily social media content execution
- Maintain content calendars and publishing schedules
- Schedule and publish content across social media platforms

? Briefing & Approvals

- Brief designers, editors and content creators
- Track approvals and ensure timely delivery of assets
- Conduct basic quality checks and ensure brand guidelines are followed before publishing

? Community & Vendor Coordination

- Monitor comments, messages and community interactions when required
- Coordinate with influencers and vendors for content delivery

? Tracking & Reporting

- Maintain campaign trackers and project management sheets
- Collect platform data to support performance reporting

Who Are We Looking For?
- 0–2 years of experience in social media or digital marketing
- Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook and YouTube




- Excellent organisational and coordination skills
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under deadlines
- Strong written communication skills
- Familiarity with Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Sheets and project management tools is preferred
