WE’RE HIRING: CONTENT CREATOR & SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER – FOUNDER & BRAND

Location: Vasai, Mumbai (not remote job)

We’re looking for someone who can turn ideas, conversations, products and everyday moments into content people actually want to watch.

At Rituals Republic, we’re building a premium food brand around India’s Finest Everyday Rituals. At the same time, we want to build a strong founder-led content presence around entrepreneurship, retail, food and the journey of creating Rituals Republic.

We are looking for a content creator who can own this world end-to-end — for both the Founder and the Brand.

You should be comfortable taking content from idea → shoot → edit → publish.

Develop content ideas and monthly social media calendars

- Work closely with the founder to identify stories, topics and content opportunities
- Shoot founder-led videos, conversations, behind-the-scenes and short-form content
- Shoot product, lifestyle, retail and brand content for Rituals Republic
- Edit Reels, Shorts and other short-form videos with solid hooks, pacing, captions and music
- Create posts, carousels, stories and basic creatives
- Manage Instagram, LinkedIn,



YouTube and other relevant social channels
- Publish/schedule content and maintain consistency across channels
- Track content performance and continuously improve what we create
- Support social media advertising and coordinate with performance specialists when required

Who are we looking for?
- 3-6 years of content creation / social media experience
- Strong short-form video shooting and editing skills
- Comfortable shooting on both smartphone and camera
- Proficiency with tools such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut or equivalent
- Good visual sense for food, products, people and lifestyle content
- Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and current social formats
- Ability to spot a good story or content opportunity without waiting for a detailed brief
- Good written and spoken communication
- Experience with food, FMCG, lifestyle, D2C or founder-led brands would be an advantage
