Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Content Creator role based in Delhi, India.

The Social Media Content

Creator will plan, produce, and publish daily content across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook, including posts, stories, reels, short videos, and community updates. The role includes developing content calendars, capturing and editing photo and video content, writing engaging captions, and ensuring brand consistency across all channels. The individual will monitor engagement, respond to comments and messages, collaborate with marketing and design teams on campaigns, and track basic performance metrics to refine content strategies.





The role may also involve supporting influencer collaborations, product launches, and social media live sessions to enhance brand visibility and audience growth.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in social media content creation, including short-form video production, basic photo/video editing, and writing engaging captions.
- Experience planning and managing social media calendars, with the ability to align content with brand guidelines and marketing campaigns.
- Knowledge of major social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook) and current beauty and skincare trends, especially in the Korean skincare space.
- Ability to analyze basic social media metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth) and adjust content based on performance insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong attention to detail.
- Comfort working on-site in a fast-paced, collaborative environment in Delhi, India, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Prior experience in beauty, skincare, fashion, or lifestyle brands is preferred.
- Relevant education in marketing, communications, media, design, or a related field is an advantage, but equivalent practical experience is also valued.
